    I bought a used car from John L with a protection plan and ended up selling it back to ford as a lemon. So I have all this paperwork from ford and from the protection plan with instructions that I have a refund coming back from the protection plan but I have to go through the seller (John L Sullivan) to get my refund. I’ve been very patient. I’ve been calling the office for four months now weekly and have yet to be able to talk to someone in charge that can help me. At three months I started getting angry and letting them know how long I’ve been calling and with every promise that someone will call me back I have yet to get one single call. Today I called again. My fourth month. Same thing. I was on hold three times and no one would help me I just got another promise that someone will call me back.

    I am visiting from Arizona and was traveling from Fullerton Calif to Sacramento. Arrived at my destination and my SUV literally died while in motion. I was able to start and pull up to the house. I called John L. Sullivan's and had a very POSITIVE experience. The service advisor made my appt. For the next morning and I had my car towed that afternoon there. Amanda was gracious and completed everything that was mentioned in regards to my car. 4trs ago I went there for a minor problem and knew I could trust this dealership and it's service. All was done and they were very thurow. It is a great place to go.

    Not happy with the service department. My car was not fixed last Saturday because they couldn't duplicate the problem. The 2018 Camaro SS transmission defect manifested itself twice on Sunday afternoon. I videoed the defeat and uploaded the video to Google Drive so the service tech and transmission tech had the ability to review the video for analytical review purposes. The service tech refused to review the 5 videos and won't return my emails. This makes no sense to me because the problem will not replicate itself during my appointment time.

    Out of all the vehicles I have purchased, John L Sullivan was the best at helping me get into a car that fit my budget and my horrible credit! They did everything in there power to help me get approved! Fantastic Customer service! I definitely recommend John L Sullivan if you have challenged credit and need a reliable vehicle.     Over priced from getgo then they add bogus upsells that they say are mandatory. Sarah tried to sell me fake extended warranty when it turns out to be a clear coat of some sort. Beware and walk away if purchasing agreement has more than lic and taxes. Read what you're buying here. I just got a call from Sarah letting me know you guys are marking up the new corvettes by 40k! Now you guys went from liars to thieves. Buyers beware of this dealership. Order your vette elsewhere.

    Honestly, this dealer is such a shady place to buy a car. They will lie to you to your face. They tried to tell me they were giving me 7500 off my car because they liked me, but that is the traditional EV credit for electric cars but Randy tried to convince me that it was a “we like you credit” Please don’t shop here. Go to a non John L Sullivan dealer. This place will tell you everything under the sun to convince you they are doing you a favor with the sale. Stay away.

    We knew we wanted a Volt. We had never bought a brand new car and didn't want to deal with being "hassled" by a car salesman (especially knowing what we wanted). Heath Carney made our entire experience smooth and easy. He was more than experienced and knowledgable about the car and its features. I would consider him the area expert on hybrids. We would definitely buy another car from him.

    This was my first time taking my vehicle to your Service Department. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and service driven. I found it especially courteous when the lady that originally checked in with, sought me out to tell me it would be another 10 minutes until my vehicle will be ready. That's going above and beyond!
