***EDIT TO ADD TO OWNERS FALSE RESPONSE: We have attempted to contact him numerous times. I’ve sent emails to all of management, he called once(the owner) and I requested to have all communication done via email to keep record, no response from anyone. Multiple emails, numerous times. When I do get a response from the “finance manager” it is rude and he acts like he has no idea what language I’m speaking. He said if we have questions to call, I advised him all communication was going to be handled via email..his response again, was ignoring my questions and asking us to call if we had questions. Please take your business elsewhere. We have been trying for weeks to get many things resolved. As soon as that loan is approved they give no cares about your satisfaction. Customer service is key. Please make sure you and your employees know that. ***** The reviews are completely true, please listen to them and also listen to the owners remarks to his customers. Never an apology, but always a snarky “we are right” mentality. I’ve worked for the department of revenue and other dealerships, this business is shady. Will file a complaint not only with the BBB, attorney general, and MODOR, but will also make sure that we do not recommend them to anyone. The credit amnesty is false advertisement for anyone interested, not one person has been approved for it. Imagine that. The car we have is great, however it is a NISSAN..so that’s of no credit to them.

Their "credit amnesty" program is false. I even seen in another review they chastise another buyer for their false advertisement, telling them because of their poor credit they can't help them. How are you going to insult someone for wanting to utilize a program you're offering? I refused to come in for about two weeks, because I figured it was bogus. I totaled my car so technically I still have two car loans that I'm paying on. So it's been increasingly difficult to secure another loan. The salesman assured me that 85% of people they help, do not have to put money down. I go in, drive the almost two hours to get there.I wait the time allotted which was actually reasonable to be told I needed $4,300 down. But good news, you've been approved. Yea? Anderson Ford approved me for $1000 down with no smoke screen of credit amnesty!

We bought a Mirage and an Outlander Sport from Jeremy Franklin. Anthony was our salesman. He was awesome. He was very curious and knowledgeable, he knew the cars inside and out. He made himself available to us without being pushy. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly. I was totally shocked when I walked out of the office after signing the paper work thanking that it would be a few days before we could pick the cars up and they had both cars cleaned and prepped and ready for us to drive home that afternoon. Anthony then sat down with us in each of the cars and took the time to explain in detail all the cars options and how they worked. It was a great buying experience.

Awful experience. Couldn’t approve me the first day since “all the lenders were closed”. Wasted $55 on transportation just to get there and back. Called me today and said my job “doesn’t qualify as a real job” since I work for a temp agency, even though I’ve been getting consistent income since January. Asked me if my mom or dad can cosign, like I’m a little kid or something, I’m nearly 30! Couldn’t help me out at all. Super disappointed.
Darryl, we are sorry you did not have a better experience, but we couldn't help that the lenders were closed the day you choose to come and see us. We do our best to help as many people as we can but there are times that without proper qualifications there isn't anything we can do to help their situation. Anytime there isn't sufficient qualifying income and/or credit, a co-signer is needed to help bring additional qualifiers in to help improve their "story" with the lenders. This helps add to their story and give them a little more buying power. It isn't that you don't have a real job. However lenders do not see Temp Agency employment the same as part time employment because it is considered temporary, especially if there are any gaps in earnings because it could go away at anytime. We are sorry that we were unable to help you out this time, and hopefully you were given a few tips on what you can do to improve your "story" with the lenders. I am so disappointed in the experience I have had with this company. I saw the ad on TV saying that if I made x amount of money per week I would be qualified for a loan and that's what I went to do. Spent all day filling out paperwork and getting everything in order left with a nice SUV satisfied and thinking all is well. I was able to enjoy it for about 2 days returned my other vehicle cuz I didn't think I needed any more. Then that's when all the problems started it was one thing after another. The worst part was instead of telling me that they weren't able to figure things out on their end and I would not be able to keep the car they instead told me a story that I needed to come up there to sign some paper work when in reality they were just having me come up there to take the car. They felt the need to lie and beat around the bush instead of just being honest and telling me what was going on I did not deserve this nor does anyone else buyer beware make sure everything is in order before driving off with them because you may find yourself with no car and in a worse position than you were before.
