This entire credit union has broken to crumbles since its system upgrade in October. I have not been able to view any credit card transactions or make any payments on either their website or mobile app. I have had to call and get in touch with a manager every single month to pay my bills. This problem seems to be acknowledged and ignored every other week. I have consistently been pushing to management (Caitlyn & Nancy) to seek correction of this issue but I am continuously ignored. This is extremely problematic that a credit union can’t even accommodate their members so they can view or make payments on their credit accounts. Extremely low quality service by managers and assistant managers who seem they care less than their members do. Many of their statements are actually contradictory as I have learned that they make many false promises as they continue to under deliver in service. I only left feedback about the managers because every other lower level customer support is absolutely valueless and a waste of every members time

If you want to waste your busy Friday/1st of the month go ahead and walk into the branch. They will have you wait in a line filled with others who are in a rush yet only 1 teller available to help, mind you the branch is filled with employees who are sitting behind the computers chit chatting their Friday away while busy customers wait in line. Never again.

Great bank bad at providing ATMs, please provide walk up ATM machines for your customers people constantly inconvenience drivers at the ATM Machines and Nothing is done about it. You are putting your Customers at risk of injury due to lack of ATM Machines please resolve this ridiculous problem before someone gets hurt you know Masssholes reputation this has been an issue for over several years.

I went to pay my national grid bill two different times and on National grids end it says my money was taken out but it never came out of my JDCU checking account yet so i spent some money paying other bills thinking my national grid money was taken out but JDCU never posted it so i got charged $30 ea. time and my national grid bill never got paid.

Not like it used to be,they like charging on the overdraft fees alot,the dont even give you a few minutes to fix the issues like move money from saving or deposit,also the hold transactions till you go overdraft so they can get their fees.was planning to move my morgage to them but hell no! Thats why its no longer my primary bank.

We do offer extended overdraft, where money can be transferred from your savings account to cover an overdraft, or you can apply for an overdraft line of credit. This credit union is not what it use to be. I made a deposit with cash back. I was not asked for Id. Then I made a withdrawal from another account and was asked for id. He knew me for the first transaction but not the second one? I messaged the credit union and they read it. No reply from them at all. Every time I have a check that requires a hold I tell them to place the hold on my savings. I get home and the hold is on my checking. My account is even flagged so they know to place the hold on the savings. Now I have to take time to call them and have them fix the hold. There is only one teller on covering the lobby and drive up. That is ridiculous.

We utilized JDCU as our mortgage lender and could not of been happier. Our Loan Officer Gerard Stevens was unbelievably courteous and helpful, as we were first time home buyers. He helped us throughout the entire process. We also decided to build a home addition shortly after and Gerard Stevens helped us secure the financing for the project and refinanced our mortgage for a fantastic rate, and we closed in no time.

Do not use this bank they overdraft for even .33 cents with alleged overdraft protection and got charged for 30$
