We have been looking for a Rolex for about 5-6 months. I wanted to find the one that we thought was the best value. After having our BMW serviced at the dealership in Winter Park we saw JB's shop on Lee road driving home and decided to stop in. IM SO GLAD WE DID! He had a few Rolex watches there on display I picked one out and he gave me an amazing deal. So glad we found this Jewelry Store. My search is over and we are happy customers!

I have purchased and traded several Rolex, Panerai, Breitling and Cartier watches with John over the past several years and have always found the experience to be excellent. He always has a solid inventory and has even helped find more rare and hard to find watches.

I went to JB Jewelers because I've lived in Winter Park for 40+ years and saw their sign on Lee rd. I didn't know John or the company, but liked the fact that they had been in business at the same location since the late 80's. When I went to JB's two years ago, I liked the fact that John spoke directly and with great knowledge on jewelry. I have done business with him around two dozen times and have found it to be a fair and honest experience. Being from Winter Park, I’m glad to find someone I can speak to in a personal fashion that is looking for a long term business relationship. I have bought two watches and done gold and diamond business on multiple occasions with John. Every time I have been treated fairly and would check with John before I did business on any jewelry purchase or sale. If you don’t have someone you can trust to guide you through the ever changing world of gold, diamonds or watches, he’s your guy. I have recommended customers to go to John for the last two years and all have them have thanked me.

Best Jeweler.. Period!!! I first met John at JB Jewelers in May 2012. I had bought an engagement ring and needed to have it appraised so I went to JB Jewelers. Within seconds of viewing the diamond John looked up at me and said "Boy I sure hope you can get your money back" My heart dropped. John then began to explain to me what I had bought was the shell of a diamond pumped full of plastic. Again I was devastated because the very next day myself and my now wife were flying to our destination where I had the stage set to drop down on one knee. John took the time to explain the diamond buying process to me. He let me view under microscope the diamonds in his cabinet so I could understand what I should be looking for and to compare the fake diamond I had bought. Afterwards I went outside to leave but instead I sat in my truck banging my head against the steering wheel absolutely devastated. I had no back up plan and I was out of pocket several thousand dollars. I had no ring to give the love of my life. With all the emotions running through my head I had sat out front of store for so long John came outside to see if I was okay. He instantly knew I was devastated so he welcomed me back into his store. Once inside he talked with me and I gave him the full story. John worked with me so that my plans to ask the love of my life to marry me could continue as I envisioned. I was blown away. John went on to say if she doesn't like the ring to bring it back and he would have one made to her liking. Again I was blown away by the good will of a man I had only known for a few hours. Fast forward to the BIG day. She said YES!!! And to my surprise she loved the ring. I showed her pictures of the fake one and she was even more happy with the one I had gotten from JB Jewelers. From that day forward John and I have become great friends. I have great respect for John and would never buy jewelry from anyone else!! I have bought several amazing pieces from JB Jewelers and trust me my wife is blown away every time. And don't let the store front deter you from JB Jewelers. The place is amazing! If you buy jewelry from anywhere else other than JB Jewelers you are flushing your money down the toilet. John, Thank you!

I purchased my wife's engagement ring from JB. He was very helpful and made the entire process easy. He was able to advise me on what to get and my wife loves her ring. It was a great experience and I will go back in the future. If anyone asks me is I know a good jewler, I always tell them JB is the best.

I bought my first Rolex from JB sight unseen. The transaction couldn't be smoother. I chatted with him on Monday, and on Tuesday morning the watch is on my wrist, in mint condition as described.

I highly recommend JB Jewelers... very professional, trustworthy, great prices and excellent artistry. About the creativity...my mother can no longer wear rings on her fingers, so I asked John to design a bracelet for her made from her wedding ring and setting. It is stunning and tasteful - a one of a kind piece of jewelry that allows mom to continue to wear her wedding ring (now as a bracelet). She gets so many compliments on it!

So pleased to have met such a nice genuine gentleman. I had almost given up hope of selling my Rolex and purchasing a new one until I met this guy. He tells you straight what it’s worth why it’s worth it and what he will give you for it. I like dealing with people like that not ur typical dealer. I also found a beautiful newer Rolex to trade it in for so was super pleased I found John. I totally love my new watch and really pleased to meet him.
