    Weather stripping around my mazda door wore down, took my car to get regular oil change and service and asked for the part number and how much would it be to replace. Just noticed on my bill they charged $2.00 for that question and didn't even tell me how much it would cost to replace. Next time I will just take my car serviced somewhere else where they don't charge for questions!!

    Beware - the "price" they advertise or negotiate to does not include almost $1,200 of dealer add-ons that they try and sneak in at the last minute. This includes $899 "environmental protection assurance package" which they won't budge on including - so really should be upfront about including it in price! Ridiculous "old-school" dealer tactics - misleading in the sense that they "agree" a price but don't disclose they will be adding these costs - thereby wasting your time as the deal falls through - or your money if you accept the add-on! How can a dealer that operates this way possibly be trusted?

    Avoid Blake or anyone there to be quite honest. They quite you on a price online only to add 2 grand more when you get in the door. I was interested in a mazda 3, but saw the cx 3. Blake said the price would be similar, only about a thousand dollars more expensive. So I wasted 2 hours and had him run my credit only to find out it was nearly 5000 dollars more expensive. Then when I went back to the Mazda 3 and it was now 2 grand more expensive then my quoted online price. Shady car dealership. I would avoid it.

    I was buying 2008 Mazda3 from a nearby Busam nissan dealer. So, I drove down the road to the service department at Jake Sweeney Mazda and made it clear I wanted a used car inspection to check the condition of the car before buying. It seems like a standard type of inspection to do, but they did not have anything like that (what!?) and the closest they had was multi-point inspection with 5 mile test-drive and oil change (?) for $129. I said that I did not need the oil change - so the manager knocked down the price by $20 to $109. I said OK and waited until the inspection was done. When it was done, the service manager transmitted to me the findings of the mechanic (may be it is the way dealerships work, but I would have been more comfortable to talk to the mechanic himself). Anyway, everything checked out, so he claimed, except for the bent wheel which I already noticed. However, the mechanic failed to mention the starting rust on the rear wheel well and cracked and busted fog light (that I noticed myself at Busam). Moreover, the mechanic also missed the broken oil-filled motor mount that had clearly visible splashes and runs of black oil (on white paint) around it. I noticed these oil runs myself but did not realize the mount was oil filled (never heard of it before) and the runs meant the mount broke and leaked. So, to sum it all up, for $109 the presumably Mazda-trained mechanic missed three clearly visible issues with the car two of which I noticed myself on a walk around and one of which (the mount) he had to notice if he was to check the belts/hoses etc under the hood. So, a very unprofessional service at a Mazda dealership!!!

    Terrible. I bought an avenger 2012. It had a/c problems as soon as I got it. I looked it up. Common issues for that car. I decided to cancel financing but the dealer assured me they would fix it and if it came up again they’d take care of it. It came up again a year later. They wanted me to pay for repairs. The car was marked up about 2,000 when I initially bought it to begin with so when the a/c issue came up again I decided to voluntarily reposes it. Because they couldn’t offer me a lower buy off price. Then they send me a letter two months later saying I still owe 9,000 basically what I originally bought the car for. So they auctioned it off and got 1,500-2,000. Weird why not just let me buy it off for the $5000 I was offering after paying $350 a month for a year. Someone please learn from this. Don’t finance, especially not here.

    My wife and I were not necessarily looking to trade-in our vehicle (2012 Mazda CX-9) because we really enjoyed it. After discussing various options with Matt Smith over a period of several days, it turns out that it would be a good move for us to upgrade to the 2015 Mazda CX-9.     Needed a (very expensive) key made for my car. This crew told me how I could save a few bucks, cut the key while I waited (in a room with a coffee machine and snacks) and then washed the car for me. Good service department. Highly recommended.
