I am always very satisfied with the service Brooke and all of the service people give me at Jacobson Auto Body Our family has been dealing with them for a long time !!

Will never go to or recommend anybody use. My wife hit a deer and took her car here to be repaired. They called her and said her car was repaired and ready to pick up. She picked it up and within a few miles noticed the car was pulling severely to one side. Jacobsen's failed to do an alignment to the car and told her to take it in for an alignment. When turning into the tire shop she noticed they didn't replace one of her turn signals. A week later the car is still making a growling sound and smells of coolant. Jacobsen's says it's her tires(they were just fine prior) and the water pump is leaking but it must have already been there(again, just fine prior to the deer). Take it to Ford and they said her wheel bearing and water pump were damaged and need to be replaced. So they didn't fix it, didn't test drive it, and let my wife drive away in a potentially unsafe vehicle.

Professional work, from start to finish. The service at Jacobson's is unmatched. If you're in need of repairs, this is the place to go.
