This place is the absolute worst auto repair place in town. They tried to tell me that I had $8,900 in repairs. And after I did some searching and questioning the repair price went down to $1,650, because I questioned the prices. Then after raising a little question or two I got a call from a guy that claiming he was the owner of Gateway trying to apologize to me for all the confusion about the prices. And after saying sorry he had the nerve to say I guess we didn't realize how knowledgeable you were. So I guess if I didnt question the prices and did my own checking on prices I guess they would have screwed me out of my money. If I could actually find a negative star for the experience that I had a gateway I would and it would be somewhere around and -10 star. So fair warning to anybody going to Gateway, always double check their quotes and prices before having anything done there because they will take your money if you don't.

We appreciate the feedback and it was nice to clear this up, I am sorry to hear that the quote for a plethora of repairs on your vehicle came off as one repair which it was not. We do appreciate your business and are sorry for this incident where a used part supplier quoted you a lower price than they even quoted us, but it does look like we only charged 1 hour to replace that differential when that is normally about 5 hours of repair time which is a huge savings to you, I hope going forward you can see that there was no dishonesty here and only a misunderstanding between two parties, thank you for your feedback and have a great day!

Horrible. Brought my car in for a service apt because the tranny was acting goofy. After waiting 2 hours I went and found my "service technician" which told me it wasn't the tranny so the engine guy was gonna look at it. I got no update of this while waiting. The diagnosis I got had nothing to do with the actual problem and of course wasn't covered in the power train warranty. Get back on the road and we still have the same problem. I also am disgusted with their oil change technicians, I watched them come tell some poor old lady it would only be 5 more minutes to change her air filter and she's been sitting here just as long as I have. Going on 3 hrs and still no update.

Ron Hanson honestly helped me to make comparative decisions about a make and model that I would be satisfied with. He is excellent at responding promptly to questions. I have ultimate confidence in Ron that he is looking out for my best interests. Nick Lindstrom did a great job of searching and finding the exact vehicle I asked for. Robert Persson was able to get a very favorable interest rate for my loan. I appreciate that Faith Heir helped with my initial introduction to the features and functions I was unfamiliar with. Cory Axvig is assisting in a paint touch-up issue. One of the reasons I purchased from Gateway Nissan is the excellent service I have received from the Gateway Nissan service department on my 2010 Nissan. They have worked with me on issues beyond the scope of formal warranties. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Gateway Nissan.

Our company ordered a new vehicle and worked with Michael Blythe through the process. Everything thing from updates on the progress to assistance on how to handle the delivery went very smooth. This Review Is Copied from the Review on Facebook: There is one person who has had to help me multiple times and SHE is the reason I keep going back and will only work with her. Thanks Faith. 1st Negative Experience: Buying my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. I had walked in - recently purchased my Santa Fe (2010) through them, and waited for almost a half hour to even get GREETED! After I had told them I wanted to test drive a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 L Sport, they hooked me up with the sales lady who knew NOTHING about the car - and did not even attempt to sell me the car. I had asked about getting one shipped from another dealership in their area and they told me it WAS NOT POSSIBLE! I ended up going into Billion Auto in Sioux Falls, SD after they worked their butts off to get me my car - After, I have called Hyundai Corporate to put in a dealership complaint on Gateway - they hooked me up with Billion and there was a mutual understanding that I have had THREE Hyundai's and I am a LOYAL CUSTOMER. 2nd Negative experience: Oil Change on new car - After my first oil change done, I had ran into an issue with the Gas Cap Sensor. Instead of telling me it was a known issue and replacing that sensor. They had sent me away. I was going on a 450 mi. trip and wanted to make sure my car was tip-top, Eventually I got to the Hyundai Dealership in Minot, ND (Don Basset) - and they ended up taking care of me. 3rd Negative Experience: Another oil change - I had gotten in right away at 7 am, and it still took 5 hours for an OIL CHANGE and Fluid. This is the incident where Faith had blown my socks off and went above and beyond to find a way to make this a semi-pleasant experience. 4th Negative Experience: I had called ahead to let them know that I would be stopping in around 4:15 or 4:30 because my drivers side seat is loose. Which is a lovely safety issue since the bolts keep the chair in place during a collision and are rated for X amount of Force, when one is faulty - that kind of ruins that safety element. I had pulled up and had to wait for 2 employees to stop talking in front of the service door for about 10 minutes in the courtesy vehicle. After I finally got in the service garage, I was told getting the bolt tightened would be about a half hour to get in. Naturally I was expecting to be gone in about an hour or shortly thereafter based on this estimate. An hour and a half had passed before I went back out to the service counters and I ended up having to talk to a service associate to even get a status update on my vehicle. He had informed me that they haven't even STARTED my service work, yet still saw vehicles that were in after me - be done before mine. I ended up leaving, and will be going to Eide Hyundai in Grand Forks to finally get this drivers seat issue taken care of.... I find it AMAZING. I can walk into ANY OTHER Hyundai Dealership and they can see my record and I get taken care of - but the second I walk into Gateway, I feel as if they have me labled as an idiot. I would fix the bolt in my Drivers Seat myself - however, there would be no record of it ever getting loose, just in case it ever became a problem.
