I went in last night to pick up a western union to pay my friend's rent who is an over the road truck driver and currently out of town. When I went in, the line was very long. You would think that on a Friday night, typically most people's payday, that they would have more than one teller. Also, the one teller they did have was not knowledgeable and carrying on long conversations with each customer while the line kept building. After being in line 30 minutes and only reaching the halfway mark, someone in line mentioned no bill pay and no western union, so I stood in line for 30 minutes for nothing. I will never be back and too bad too, because I used to recommend this place to my clients to cash their large tax refund checks there and I certainly will not any longer.

Rude and incompetent staff. When I called up there simply asking how much of a percentage they take out of a payroll check the lady got upset with me and hung up the phone being rude and belligerent I called back and the other lady hung up on me as well without answering my question because they wanted to know how much was on the check instead of simply answering my question which wasn’t how much my check was or how much you’re going to take from my check but what the percentage is that you take from a payroll check. These people are incompetent and do not know how to do their job and have zero customer service. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.

Cashed a check their and it cost me $16.44. That's a scam to me. You can go to wal mart and cash the same check for $5.00. I dont know why I went there. But i know I'll never be back. And the cashier never told me how much it would be to cash my check either.

The girls are always so nice,they give me great advice,they both speak fluent languages to better serve the costumes they also give them the chance to step outta line to verify check's very sympathetic and compassionate. I love it here and unless there's a closer one too me I'm not aware of I'm always going here.

they are rude and over charge to cash a check. i called and asked for a manager and got called a liar and was screamed at just for saying they need to change the sign if they are going to over charge
