the guys were very professional, even though it was my neighbor getting it down i told her i would split the cost of our side and to my side to make uniformed. they have a pool pump which is on my side of property and Colt came over and introduced himself and ask if it was ok to come over 8in to a foot cause of the pool pump. I had no problem with it but it would run on top of my irrigation line and they asked me if i mind if they could move it over so it would work and i had no problem with that either. They did a good job the fence looks good and they are hard workers and very professional.

Quoted on 3/2318, with an original install date of 4/16/18, appt got moved up and installed on 4/10/18 They worked with me on the property lines for my irregular shaped yard, they installed 8am to 3pm almost 300 ft of wood stockade 6ft privacy fence. Only took a break during to lightening in the area but kept working through the rain. The fence looks amazing, the quality of the materials exceeds that of other companies. The workmanship is outstanding. 3 year warranty. They cost more than other fence companies in Jax, but I think this is one of those times you get what you pay for. We went with Superior after reading all of their reviews and in my opinion they deserve their great reputation.

My fence was installed today, the guys were polite they worked fairly quietly, everything was done in one day. My 5 dogs were only disturbed a couple of times, the rest of the time they didn't even notice they were there. The fence looks great, the crew cleaned up after themselves, I am totally pleased with them.

Murph and Cruize showed up on time, fully prepared. Total professionals throughout the process, they were methodical yet timely. Though both men were polite, I interacted mostly with Murph who operates at a level of commitment to doing his best possible work that was, simply, superlative (quite rare, in my experience). Cruize even raked the grass and dirt where the posts went and ensured my sprinkler that they had to move was operating at the proper angle again. I can’t express how thankful I am that a quality crew performed quality work on something that SHOULD be done well. A pleasure working with Superior Fence and Rail - if the opportunity arises, will do business with them again. Reputable, by the book company that operates with integrity.

David was my sales person and was great. Horace and his crew showed up right on time and worked very hard to finish as soon as they could. Horace walked me thru the original plans and made some very helpful suggestions. All of the men were hardworking, and courteous. Absolutely recommend !!!

Ernest & Sam did an amazing job in a very efficient amount of time! My home is in Jacksonville, FL. This repair team was perfection! My fence line is back to normal and ready for back yard BBQ’s ! Would highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.
