    I had an amazing experience when I started out as a member but since then every loan experience has been horrible I have gotten the run around and not very friendly people. A few times had no response just a letter in the mail. May be time to go back to MFCU.

    Where do I begin! I have been a member for 10ish yrs or close to and have loved this Credit Union on so many levels! Their ease of doing any process for all they have to offer and their member service that goes with it is top notch! Their security gives me so much comfort and I have all the confidence in the world that all of my personal information and finances are safe and sound! They are so quick with any questions I have had and are always striving to keep me and my family their top priority! So personable you cant help to know that you are taken care of! I love my Credit Union!

    I just applied for a car loan with a huge cash down payment and some riotous, condesending employee gave me the worst customer service I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Because I took on new field of employment because of a pay increase, and have over 5 years continous employment. Tell me that that "LOOKS" negative because she couldn't comprehend my position or job title. Sorry, Im not a bank lady......

    I will give you a little back ground on myself, I have been a member for many years and I have paid off loans with ICCU. A few years ago I applied for a personal loan with a person named Christine . Went in and sat down with her , filled out the paperwork, gave her permission to run my credit report. After going through the necessary process , I did not receive an answer of acceptance or denial. I let it go and assumed the loan was denied but still to this day I wonder why I didn’t receive a letter of response and I often think of separating my association with the Union. I joined ICCU for the opportunity to secure better than market loan offerings. If I can’t even secure a personal loan then what is the point.

    The other day I called to find out if I had money pending for the next day. And on their end it showed i did, when i began to ask the lady why it doesnt show in my online banking that its pending and she proceeded rudely telling me the day and month that it will be there and says it isnt even that day yet. Which I'm well aware, however, my other bank I used when I lived up north showed when u had money pending on ur online banking. And when u called with any questions or concerns they were never rude about it. And i also dont understand how my online banking app always says there is something going on with it usually at night as if I cant use my online banking at night. There shouldn't be problems with it. I NEVER had any of these problems with my old bank. I'm considering looking into a different credit union especially bc of the rude lady I spoke to on the phone.

    Customer service is definitely not a strong point for them. I’ll be taking our business accounts somewhere else due to constant issues and rude, careless employees. First time I had issues, they canceled my business AND personal debit cards. Which was only supposed to be the business card, as I relayed. Then sent me two cards with the business labeled on my personal card; completely incorrect. In the meantime I had no access to my money for online purchases I NEED to run my business. Beyond constant issues, their customer service from tellers on a personable level is subpar at best. Having a strong sense of customer service is NOT hard and I’m not sure if it’s the results of the institution simply not caring and making it of upmost importance for their employees to have or, if the employees themselves have no care and aren’t reprimanded for their ill demeanor. Either way, there’s a lapse somewhere down the line and it’s not being resolved and seems to be acceptable being it’s not one or two people it’s an issue with, it’s every single person we’ve encountered, except ONE single lady ONE time. No one says “Hello! How are you?” “Thank you!”, “Have a great day!” Or even offers suckers for children in the vehicle when in drive through. I could go on and on and in the different banks/credit unions I have connection to, this is by far the WORST I’ve seen. All the sponsorship in the community is absolutely useless when your actions don’t see through and convince anyone to have the drive to bank with you. I strongly suggest banking elsewhere!

    They’ve always been great in terms of customer service. Had 3 car loans through them and I’ve never had any problems. Once I got charged a late fee because the credit union didn’t send my payment, but they fixed the problem ASAP.

    We do all of our banking with ICCU and have our mortgage and car loans serviced there too. Always great customer service. ICCU makes supporting and doing business with a local credit union (instead of one of the behemoth wall street banks) very easy!
