Insight Credit Union Red Bug Lake Rd, Winter Springs

The personnel at this bank are some of the rudest folks Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with for loan services. You cannot speak to anyone there regarding an outstanding issue that was in the process of being resolved without being treated like a lowlife collection case that doesn't pay their bills. I have a nearly perfect credit score and have never missed a payment with these folks but yet they will harass you, speak rudely, speak over you and treat you like garbage. I guess they have just taken their training from collection agencies tactics with slimy business practices. I will never do business again with this credit union and urge others if you care at all about customer service to look elsewhere for any banking needs. Edit: Wow, check out all the bad reviews for this place. Believe them all!

Horrible service when it comes to card services. They use a 3rd party company for fraudulent charges which withdrew money from my account twice as a mistake after crediting the wrong amount initially. So not only did I have to wait for over a month on money from fraudlent charges, I got charged DOUBLE THE AMOUNT DURING THE DISPUTE AND HAD TO WAIT TO GET THAT MONEY RETURNED THAT WAS NEVER DISPUTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! What a complete hassle of 4 hrs of phone calls dealing with incompetent reps to still WAIT ON MONEY THAT WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AS THEIR MISTAKE. If I wanted to give loans out I would open my own bank!!!

No one in there knows what they are talking about. They will tell you what you want to hear then do something else. They have no problem lieing to your face. Definitely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Save your self the trouble and go to fairwinds. If there was an option of no stars I would choose that. That’s for messing up my credit.

Just walked out of the Lake Mary location. I stopped by to open a checking & savings account. When I walked in no one bothered to greet or asked if I needed help. I signed in and waited about 5 min. One teller was free with no customer, another employee was busy with a client, and a third one had jus finished servicing a customer but closed her door and sat down to work on her computer. I even went to the restroom and back and still no acknowledgement that I was even there. I thought if I'm getting this kind of service at the door then what would it be like as a member. Decided to look elsewhere.

The absolute worst financial institution to do business with. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go with the big bank. Don't be fooled that a local credit union will treat you well - this is an absolute myth. Their customer service is worse than horrible. They will not give a auto loan customer a courtesy call/message regarding auto insurance coverage, instead they will send you threatening mail saying they will add an insurance premium and charge you interest. I've been doing business with Chase, BofA, JP Morgan for over 30 years and NEVER had an issue, now I am having to jump through hoops for these monkeys at Insight. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

I'm on vacation 1400 miles away. I've ran out of money in my personal account. Called Insight to make a transfer from my business account. He wouldn't do it and directs me to the phone system. I call them and they won't do it over the phone either. I've now left 2 messages on their voicemail and no return call. I'm stuck with no access to my money. I have loved Insight till today. I'll be closing my accounts when i get home from vacation.

Stopped by today to take care of some financial needs and even though the song said the branch would close at 1pm due to their system conversion it’s was 11:45 am and their doors were closed. Extremely unsatisfied that this weekend I’ve not even been able to check my balance via ATM,online or the app this entire weekend. Do t even get me started on the IVR

Quite possibly the worst financial institution I have attempted to deal with. Never became a customer because they were so rude. wish I could do negative 5 stars. and negative 5 stars for their staff especially.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They fail to restock their deposit supplies for the night drop. When I called them everyday for 2 weeks they reassured me they would restock them at night. Well that was a lie. Took the time off work to go in there today and get some and the lady was rude towards me and unpleasant. Highly wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone!!!
