Innovations Federal Credit Union Thomas Dr, Panama City Beach

My account was unilaterally shut down due to an unauthorized overdraft without my knowledge or consent. I received no phone call, letter, email, nothing at all to let me know my account had been closed. Their customer service is awful, it's next to impossible to get a live person on the phone and when you finally do, they try to transfer you as quick as possible rather than address the issue. I was a member here for less than 90 days and I can truthfully say this is one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had.

I have consistently had poor customer service. The tellers are not well trained. I wanted to dispute a charge and the teller tells me I need a police report. Seriously? I wanted to get my daily limit for online transactions raised. I am a business that makes large purchases. The teller said it can not be done. Wife lost debit card. Stated they could not make another card for several days because a machine was down. We are taking our business elsewhere due to customer no service. At every turn it obvious most tellers are trying to do as little as possible. I though local banks were supposed to be superior to national banks. In this case not so.

This is by far the worst credit union or bank I have ever had to deal with. They cannot even secure their ATMs much less your money. God forbid if you have to actually cash a check.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. I should not have to call you 6 times and wait a week for a problem to get fixed. Trish and Alexandria have no idea how to do their jobs. Notes were supposed to be made yet I had to explain everything multiple times. Trish then proceeded to cut me off, interrupt me and raise her voice. This is the worst way I’ve ever been treated. So much for customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Closing my account and going elsewhere.

I was with Regions going back to when they were First Federal and had Passbook savings accounts. As they got bigger and bigger treated treated me worse and worse. The last straw was when they charged me a fee for depositing cash, so I moved my business to Innovations FCU about 2 years ago. They are great! Especially if you have a small business.

We just moved in this area and they gave us a start up loan, thank you. Great customer services.

I have never been treated so poorly, and disrespected so blatantly as a customer/member. Jackie was rude, called me a liar, and snapped her fingers in my face in an attempt to shut me up from voicing a legitimate complaint. My account will be closed!!

Horrible! I have had two satisfied loans with innovations over the years, and the customer service was always bad, very uncoordinated and unprofessional, but now I cant even get someone to answer the phone about a possible 3rd loan, nothing has change with innovations, despite good standings, im going elswhere,their customer service has to be the worst there is out there.

I have always gotten my change from innovations but now I can't cause of I'm not a member but all the previous times I could. I will never use them again.

15 dollar fee to pay your credit card over the phone. I'll be closing all my accounts with these people ASAP
