Bought a car from here. Paid it off and 20ish days later still havent recieved the title. They havent even bothered to start the paper work process. Told me 7 to 10 days to mail it. Steer clear

The people at Innovations are very noligable and they get everyone in and out in a timely matter. You never have to wait long. Very helpful find find you the best rate on loans.

Just opened checking and savings, very friendly and helpful staff. Losing ATM cards is easy for me, waiting for 10 days or more for me is difficult. Here tho, Losing a card creates a wait of about 10 minutes, Really! I gave em a 4, but as soon as i figure out how to use their very high security on line banking system,which is not easy,at least for me. I will review again. I'm guessing it will go to a 5, hell maybe a 6. They smile a lot.

My husband has an account with them and every time we go there they are always so nice. We go to the branch on Panama City Beach parkway and Pam is the one who is always helping us Everytime we walk in the door. Love the team at this bank.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. I should not have to call you 6 times and wait a week for a problem to get fixed. Trish and Alexandria have no idea how to do their jobs. Notes were supposed to be made yet I had to explain everything multiple times. Trish then proceeded to cut me off, interrupt me and raise her voice. This is the worst way I’ve ever been treated. So much for customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Closing my account and going elsewhere.

Just switched to Innovations, staff is Super friendly, and very helpful! Not open weekends. Are part of a nationwide ATM service so I can use my card anywhere without fees. Great interest rates, mobile banking app, I just love them.

Sandra Nix is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this branch. They are by far the best ive ever banked with.
