    We have been coming to 30A for over 20+ years. The rental house was nice the mgt company not so much. here is our experience @ the "care free" house. Solid house & good location TV/Showers aren't easy to use. Had to call management to help elderly parents figure out TVS. By the end of the trip we all figured out showers but took 7 days including the teenagers. We had to download apps to computers to get TVs to work. Entire house was congested from day one. Turns out air filters were upside down & clogged. We had to call to have them changed on Thursday. Make sure to read your contract. The mgt company sticks to that no matter what. I would not consider pool to be "private". There is one bush btwn the pool from the neighbors. Out of the 7 days that we were there, there were three days that you couldn't sit by the pool bc of the construction next door. Dust, saws, etc. You could not hear anyone talk. Again, all management said was read your contract. They take no responsibility for anything beyond that. Blamed construction schedules out of their hands. I totally understand that but some sort of responsibility and at least notice would have been nice for the price we paid for the house. Don't expect the management company to reach out when you have a need. I called on Wednesday regarding the chlorine and never heard back. Pool isn’t salt water, its chlorine. They came twice on the four days that we could actually sit by the pool to treat it & we were told don’t get in for at least four hours. Pool lights don’t work per pool company. Check out is at 10am...cleaners arrived at 830am making us feel like we needed to rush around to make sure we got out asap. Make sure to lock upstairs porch leading to house & gates that lead to staircase going to top floor. We woke up one morning with random beer cans (not from our house) on the porch at the fire pit. I would assume some teens went up there after our family left for dinner. Doors to outside fireplace on main level are not operational. Pictures from management company show that you can open them up but in reality you cannot. Something that we were looking forward to. Our family is big on open spaces. When we arrived there was a note from previous renters in the dishwasher that said "we have been calling for many days to have dishwasher fixed. Told repeatedly that repair people were coming and they never showed". The dishwasher was filled with water, on the second day we did get a “loaner” dishwasher. Asked not to take the blue film off the front. House itself is very well stocked. Beds are comfortable.

    We have rented homes from numerous companies , in the best vacation spots, throughout the United States. 30A Vacation Rentals was the MOST attentive and professional company we have ever worked with. Plus, we LOVED the beautiful house! In our particular situation, we were evacuated from our home in Miami...with hurricane Irma fast approaching. We needed a home immediately-and it had to be able to accommodate a disabled relative and since we were trying to make a spontaneous vacation out of it, we wanted a very nice home as well. Chris at 30A not only helped us at 11pm the night before arrival, he showed us about 10 different properties to make sure we were very happy. He was constantly available, very kind and showed enormous compassion in a tough time,. Plus, the house was amazing! Bikes were waiting for us, the made s'mores in the garden, the location was phenomenal (see pics!) and Chris and 30A went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you 30A Luxury Vacations!

    Terrible service… I asked about one date in December.. not available.. Fine, Great, No Problem….But now I keep getting unwanted emails over and over and over again. I have emailed back, called a few times, asked VRBO to help but I keep getting them for the dates I originally asked for last year… Just stupid. Never stayed with them and never will!!!!

    Did not have a good experience with this management company. There is nothing luxury about them. We rented a carriage house in Rosemary Beach during Spring Break and the unit had water damage to the ceiling in the living area, we noticed right away. They were hoping it didn't rain, but it did and boy did it rain! It rained when we were there and the place had a major leak and it had been there. I noticed it when we checked in but they denied it. So bad, we had to leave and they had no offers of placing us somewhere else, but still charged us the day we came in. This Silver Seas Carriage House needs a major re-due, The floors, the furniture, the cabinets in the kitchen, not worth it! and No parking! does not come with the carriage house. I have had better experiences with management companies, work with others their are several to choose from in that area. See pictures, that is what the ceiling looked like when we checked in.

Two days after you checked-in we had a very heavy rain storm, and we very much appreciate you reporting there was a small leak coming from the ceiling in the living room. Since we took over this property at the beginning on 2017, we had not had any leaks and have had several torrential rain storms, as is typical in Florida. We are extremely sorry you had a leak during your stay, and we were more than happy to offer to compensate you for the inconvenience. As we discussed with your husband that day, we were completely sold out the week of your stay, as it’s the 2nd busiest week of the year, so we did not have the option to offer to move you to another property. Because we did not have that option, we offered to refund that day’s rent as the rain subsided that night and we didn’t have any issues after that. We respected your decision to leave the property, and we agreed to refund you for the day we had the leak and the remaining days you would not be staying in the property, which totaled 5 out or 7. We explained that we could not refund the 2 nights you stayed in the property without any issues and are sincerely sorry you found that to be unsatisfactory. We are also sorry you were upset that the property does not have an assigned parking space, but as we discussed the property is clearly marketed as having street parking only with ample parking only two houses away. We did receive your multiple requests from American Express to dispute the charges for the two nights you stayed at the property without incident and I’m very sorry you were disappointed with their resolution. We sincerely hope we can make this experience up to you one day and please don't ever hesitate to let us know if there is ever anything we can do for you or your husband! - 30A Luxury Vacations

    Thanks to Chris at 30A Luxury Vacations we had a wonderful week at Rosemary Beach. We have rented in Rosemary 10+ times and Chris was the best property manager we’ve had! There was a slight issue with the disposal and he had it fixed very quickly. Along with that he was available to answer our questions and did it in a friendly, professional manner.

    We booked a vacation through 30A for a wonderful place in Rosemary Beach. Unfortunately due to some unforeseen issues, we weren't able to travel. 30A was extremely helpful in understanding our situation and worked with us to ensure we were able to make plans in the future.     We booked with 30A Luxury Vacations in 2019 and had a fabulous house and vacation. Soon after we returned home, we booked another trip for late April 2020. It was to be a big trip with all the kids and grandchildren. Then COVID-19 forced us to cancel the trip. Chris a 30A Luxury Vacations just refunded all our prepaid money.     My family and I had the pleasure of renting a house in Rosemary Beach via 30A Luxury Vacations for a week this past summer. We've rented before with other companies, this was by far the best experience we've had. The app they have made check-in a breeze, not to mention beach rentals, and local info easily accessible. The cottage was beautiful, spotless, and had a great location with 2 parking spots. We will be using 30A Luxury Vacations again and will highly recommend them to friends and family!

    Frankly, my girlfriend and I were a little hesitant about this trip. There were several online postings stating check in time was 5 pm at the earliest and please don't call or message to inquire about an earlier time. Well, being the assertive Texan that I am, I did inquire and we were very pleased that our request was honored and we could begin our vacation much earlier than we expected. Because of the anticipated rain showers the next few days, this really saved our vacation. The place was super clean and very large, well stocked and comfortable. Really everything we could have asked for. Thank you management company for accommodating some travelers in need. Steve&Tracy
