It was a tough road, but they held their composure and kept moving forward. We had the bumpiest road with the VA and underwriters, but once again they kept moving forward and communication was good. I felt that there was some disconnect with assistant the mortgage when the assistant was stuck on an issue. Overall, I'd recommend to my friends and family for traditional loan. However, when dealing with the VA loan I'd be ready for an uphill battle between VA and the assistant. There is a tad bit lack of understanding on how the military is structured and identifying data with the military documents. We still got through it, so be paitent and don't be afraid to let someone know if you have questions or concerns there.
