The guy I worked with over the phone provided top notch service. He helped identify my stolen ear buds and is returning them to me! He owed me nothing and it was refreshing to know there are caring, honest people out there willing to go the extra mile. Wow, just wow! Loyal customer for life and will tell everyone I know about this experience!!

Didn’t even get to the store. The employee who answered was incredibly rude and short. Lost a good customer. Do not waste your time with these jerks.

Manager Mary Swift was very rude over the phone, thought I couldn't hear and started ranting about dealing with individuals with simple questions. Customer service and politeness really is a dying art.

this shop is the absolute worst ever. as example, they wanted to sell me a "laptop" for $100. it's not even a laptop....it's an outdated Notebook which has a key missing from the keyboard. the lady usually there seems to profile people by race or maybe she is just money motivated. absolutely unhelpful and they ALWAYS will give you less than most other shops. i went to another Indy Pawn and got $20 over what they offered for my merchandise. i wanted to give NO stars but wasn't an option. Katrice and the next review are clearly related to the owner or they work there because they are NOT professional and it's by far THE WORST pawn shop within 30 miles

I didn't even get to go there Made A Call there and The Person lack of word for them were Extremely rude for nothing talking about He couldn't hear me something must be wrong with my phone I have a Brand new phone.

I've came into this shop a few times now. They are always extremely fair with me. It can get busy, but would you trust a place that was never busy?
