It's never something you really want to do, but I've pawned my Rolex with them a few times when I've been in a pinch. The owners put me very much at ease (they kept it offsite for security) and even worked with me when I was late on my payments. This watch was my grandfathers and means the world to me. If I'm ever in need again (I hope I'm not), this is the only place I'll go with my valuables.

I am shocked. After reading so many good reviews, I decided to send them an email. They didn't respond at all to emails and when I called the shop, the man on the phone was incredibly rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Is common courtesy too much to ask? The owner's response to my review is weak. Yes, my emails were unanswered..which is unprofessional. But the unacceptable way I was treated was during a phone call.

I have been using Dock Brothers for 3-4 years and never have had a bad moment! Alex and his wife have treated me like neighbors living next door that you like. Trust them completely!

We were looking for a Cello for my niece's graduation party as a surprise gift. We just happened upon this place. The owner and his wife were very nice, reasonable and honest. They held our money for 4 days so that my Niece could try out the cello and take it to her teacher for approval. Thank you when we surprised her the tears were rolling! Thank you for helping make that day such a special one to be remembered forever!

Horrible. Straight rude the store closes at 4pm and i get there at 3:40 i didnt even want to sell my jewlery to them just wanted an appraisal. I really wanted him to give me value of a diamond and because it was in silver he ignored any questions i had and told me ghetto pawn on 38th street. And then i said well sir i really just wanted to know about the diamonds. He came back with yes there real but to small??? Funny its at least 1ct and i didnt even show him so how did he see???? Horrible people skills. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Take your cotton outta your ear and listen #rude #probablyanazi

Great service, they are always quick. I got put in a bad situation and had to pawn some jewerly, I didn’t have enough money one month to pay for extension. They even worked with me and helped me out so I didn’t lose what I had pawned. This place is amazing. I would really recommend it.

I really like this place. They were very friendly and helpful when I needed it. I had some pool sticks and needed money. He helped me out and was able to come back and get and they were so well taken care of. Thank you guys so much. I recommend Dock Brothers to everyone!
