Dan managed my loan request in Spring 2019. He made the process as simple as I could imagine. Honestly, my agent and the seller’s agent were both pretty difficult people to work with, but Dan remained professional the entire time. The rates and other benefits, that were promised by In-House Mortgage at the beginning of the process, remained true throughout the closing. I shopped around, but they were able to find the most competitive rate. It took 28 days to close from the day I started working with them. Great experience!
