Not recommended for vehicle services. Told me original title was salvage. Quick lookup on IL website said otherwise. Funky old building is the best part.

My son want in there today with his check. The old lady that had been working there for years. Look my son in the face and told him she not cashing his check it not a check. It was a copy of his check that bank of America send back with a letter. Saying the is a Legal document or your check it can be cash just like the really check. But she didn't even look at it he put it in the lil window an was get his Id . She didn't touch it look at it or anything. She just looked at him begin a young black men an just knew we was doing something wrong. I don't appreciate my child been profile because of his race or gender.

Called, got a person right away, answered my question. Had to call back about 10 minutes later (because I'm an idiot), again got a person right away, and they answered my next question. When I arrived, there was no wait. The person who helped me was fast and friendly. What more could one want? I have no idea how this place could get three stars. I'm typically pretty critical on reviews, but this place is great!

Ugly customer service I come to morning . I need backup $1,000 she don't have money cash. she's old woman she like talking phone Spanish language . She don't care for customer. She make me mad about this . Never I come again

So dumb place City of Chicago waved late fees for city sticker until July 31st and they wanted to charge me . Don’t go there guys

I come here to add money to my Ventra card and sometimes to get copies made. The employees are usually nice.

I have been going here for years and never once had an issue with them. Always easy to talk to and super friendly!! Deffinently recommend them !!

Stopped in to get a document notarized and was rudely told to go elsewhere even though "Notory" is displayed prominently on the side of the building.
