The Hispanic lady with the shoulder length black hair at the window is raciest as hell. Any time black ppl come to cash legit checks, she turns them around and act as if something is wrong with the check. I’ve seen her talk to her ppl and treat them way better and when it comes to someone of my race, her entire attitude changes and we end up getting turned away.

I went in there this afternoon to get a photocopy and the lady behind the window was rude and didn't even ask what I need while the entire time talking on the phone. This woman has no professionalism or customer service skills. While she was on the phone I had to ask her how much and a line was forming when there should only be 10 people inside the currency exchange. I had to call once I left to ask how much is a photocopy and she proceeds to interrupt me while I'm asking my question. The attitude of this lady is trash and she must think she runs this business to speak to customers in whatever mood she's in. Avoid this place unless you want to get treated like you bothered people to actually do their job with decent courtesy.

I would avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it zero stars I would. I just stopped by and while I was in the middle of a transaction the cashier coughed directly into her hands right before handing me my paperwork, receipts, and money.

I needed a letter notarized but was told the lady (the only one) that sign off on notaries was off work today. I strongly believe more than one person should be able to do something so basic and quite common. I want ever return to this place, to not provide a service that's clearly advertised is disturbing.

This is the worst currency exchange I have ever used. This place is down the street from me and I will NEVER use it again. Avoid this place like the plague especially POC. They are running SCAMS. I have been waiting for a $300 refund and have yet to receive it. It took them less than 5 mins to take my money and I'm still waiting for my refund due to a unsuccessful transfer. If you trust them with your money you risk the same thing happening to you. You have been warned.

You can't blame the lady there because you didn't know they can't process certain things for you. The lady I met there was so kind and patient and helped me a lot!

I've always had great experiences here. I use to get all my vehicles renewals.

Lady that’s working today 6:35pm is very rude doesn’t know how to talk on the phone and doesn’t know what she is doing.

Want too charge me a extra 3 dollars for using my debit card I drove all the way over here , total scam!
