I was kind of hesitant at first because we didn't think we wouldn't get approved but jesus said we could do it!! The process was long but we worth it at the end. Communication is the 1st thing to keep your buyer happy. If there is no communicat you are at risk of loosing a buyer. Responding to a text or call in 3 to 4 days is very unprofessional. Buying a home is a very stressful process but, working with a group of people who fell to answer your questions, return a text or call makes the process even more stressful.
