Stole my money!!! I cashed 2 checks last week and at the end of the day the bank calls and says "they overpaid me". I asked to see the proof and they refused!!! Say I need a subpoena!! They took that money out of my account without my consent to balance their books and put me in the negative!! That teller is a thief!! Don't trust this bank!!!

Ideal has definately moved from a community credit union to a "big bank" type of institution. In fact I would say they're worse because there not nearly as convenient as big banks are.There are fees for everything, often not fully disclosed to theur customers. When you sign documents, they dont show you what you're signing, they just presnt an 3lectronic pen pad. It's clear that there is pressure on the associates to sell things. Not only is this annoying to be pestered into some "product" they're pushing, you have to constantly watch out for the employees enrolling you into services without your permission...very shady bankning. There are other credit unions that are actually customer/member focused and wont try to swindle you for all your money

Great bank, allows cash deposits thru ATM at my branch location 24/7, usually shows up in minutes. 11pm deposit, no problem. Can use app to take picture and deposit checks if needed, no need to drive.

I love my Ideal CU! Rarely do I have to go to the bank with a question, but when i do, I know that i will be leaving with my problem dealt with in a professional, kind and efficient manner and I'm always smiling. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for 9 months to get quarters for laundry. The last two times a rude employee told me I have to have an account to exchange a bill for quarters. It’s literally only her that has a problem. You really think I’m going to get an account when you’re rude about some quarters????

Banked here since I was a child. Still do and started my credit here via loans, CD, etc. Still here. Love em and best thing is as someonesthat travels often, theyvet plenty of shared branches/ locations.

I bank with Altra and sadly, I have to come to this branch because it’s most convenient for me. The customer service sucks. The teller was rude and cut me off so I couldn’t say anything. I’m sure she heard me. I miss you Altra. Come to MN.

I have never been to any business establishment with so many employees doing seemingly nothing. Can't go into the bank and expect to be anywhere in the next hour. The HR director must be a moron, and likely hires nothing but similar morons to turn the place into a cesspool devoid of productivity. Get your crap together.

Agree with other reviews, they use to have great customer service. It took over 19 days to get a response, they did not even have correct information when I spoke to them. If you call on the phone you wait to at least 20 min to talk to someone. Very frustrating and not good customer service. I appreciate you called me after a few days of my review, I called you back and left a message and again have not gotten a response for almost a week now. Edit, never got a call back.

Raven is literally the best customer service rep I have worked with! I am overseas and she managed to work out an issue and offer a solution within 10 minutes. Thank you!
