4 drive up tellers and always only 1 of them open and this is their main branch!!! Every time I have to do my banking, I have to plan on at least 30 minutes in line to make any transactions. I’ve only been a customer for about 2 months, but will definitely be looking at my other options.

I've had an auto loan with IC since 2018, and thankfully I am almost done paying it. I have never stepped foot in a branch but getting them on the phone is absolutely impossible, and when you do they always seem to be irritated with the fact someone has just interrupted their day with a phone call. Everyone I've talked to in a position of power is just absolutely miserable and disrespectful, especially their VP who's a real nasty excuse for a human being. I work in customer service and it's not that hard to be friendly and have a nice demeanor on the phone. It seems this is just the way it is at ICFCU and that it likely won't change. One shining light at IC is Dale, who has been my 'contact person' for a few years now because he has a no nonsense demeanor and is friendly compared to the rest of the staff. I hope someday someone new comes in and cleans up shop at IC.

I have a car loan with IC; this morning,when I checked my account I saw that they somehow put my payment through twice. I was pretty upset. I called them when they opened and in a matter of minutes, the charges were reversed and everything was fine.

I truly understand that business have a time that they close. I understand that people have to go home too. I am understanding of that. However, since IC has not open it's door to banking inside and only by appointments. People have to drive thru to doing banking. Today, I drove to the I C bank in Parkhill, Fitchburg, and yes I understand that it was about time to close. I drove in line. I looked at the open/close signs on top. One lane was closed but the lane at the window has an OPEN sign that was still on "OPEN". I was appreciative to have made it and to any customer, if the OPEN sign is still on, it is understood as it is still open. There were two cars ahead of me. I stayed in line. NO ONE came out to inform me that they were closed and that they weren't taking me or didn't called out to let me know. I remembered moving up as the car in front of me moved up the line and I looked and the the OPEN sign was still on. I stayed in line for maybe 8-10 minutes. Two other cars came behind me as well because the open sign was still on. When I made my way to the window after waiting in line, the teller then rudely informed me that she was closed and that she knew which car was the cut off. I told her that when I got in line, her open sign was still on OPEN and that was why I stayed in line. We had some exchange of words and it was upsetting that I waited patiently to do banking and I was turned away rudely. The Teller just pulled down the shade over the window with NO regards to my claim that she did not turn her sign off. I had to just leave without doing business. I have been a loyal customer for 30 + years, and this is the first time this teller is so VERY Rude! IF THE SIGN OVER THE DRIVE THRU WAS TURNED OFF to CLOSED BEFORE I GOT IN LINE, I WOULDN'T EVEN GET IN LINE. There were even customers who came behind me because she kept the OPEN sign on.

Been with them for 5 years, I got denied twice on a loan even though my credit score is very good, I will be closing my acct with them for good. At least workers credit union approved for my loan TWICE!!! I will let friends and family know not to bank with IC FEDERAL. Plus the online app is not accurate and online site as well!

Absolutely terrible! I have had a loan with them for over 3 years and I have never had an issue. Within the last 2 months all I have had is issues. Reporting a missed payment when a payment was never missed, but actually pay more than what the amount of the loan is and pay twice in a month...but that's a missed payment...huh, never would have known! Go somewhere else for banking/loan needs. Such a shame because until recently I had never had an issue and thought they were pretty good. Get it together IC before you mess up other people's credit scores!

Great friendly service, good rates. Drawback lobby is not open for walkin service, needs to extend hrs on saturday for drive thru if the bank lobby is to be closed.

I’ve had ic for about 12 years now and they used to be a great bank to deal with, but in the past couple years they have really gone downhill, they no longer care about their customers, their employees are always rude and unhelpful, their online banking is terrible and somehow my phone number on file has been changed on multiple occasions and they have no explanation, I recommend doing banking elsewhere if you’re considering IC, I will be switching myself

My account got compromised from on on line purchase. IC was quick in stopping the transaction, contacting me and resolving the issue. Always very friendly the few times I've actually had to go in for services. 👍👍👍👍👍
