I have an 2005 Tahoe that I have had problems with since I had gotten it from them they currently have my truck now for repairs and have been having my truck for almost 2 months now its actually going to be 1 month and 3 weeks coming up they have not been keeping me updated I have been missing work because I dont have my truck these people are terrible people on so many levels im looking into getting with an lawyer Monday

I just purchased a car and had a problem the same day let the driver window down and it wouldn't go back up on the back to Ifinance the window mysteryly went back now one week later with the car check engine camw on and the headlights only work on high beam nothing when on low beam. I called and talked to Antwun about the situation waiting for a call back ugh. I always read reviews before going to a place of business but I'm going to give them a chance to fix this problem.

I bought a 2009 chevy traverse a little over 3 months ago. Week 1 had to replace water pump$380 added to my bill. End of july car started acting up. It has been in their shop for over a week. Then it was given back to me saying it was fixed. A week later it started messing up again they had it towed this time cause it wouldnt run. Was in the shop for 2 weeks they sent it to all star for recall work as they called it. I got it back for 10 mintues and it messed up again. Went back to the shop for another week. Got it back 10 mintues and it messed up again. After taking the car to my mechanic he found all the cylinders misfiring. Took it back to allstar where they finally told me what was wrong with my car all the acrylic converters need to be replaced cause it has no back pressure.took it to a muffler shop and found out IFinance mechanics had gutted my catylic converters which is why the car is misfiring. I got a quote for over 1800 to replace all 3 catylic converters. This place is a rip off. And their so called warrenty doesnt seem to cover anything and they arent going to tell you what's wrong with your car they give it back to you saying it's fine which is a lie they are crooks
