We feel so lucky that we have chosen HYFinancial to help with our first-time home purchase. Yuan was our realtor who attended to all of our concerns and special thanks to Ivy who was our loan officer. She has been our loan advisor long before we started the house hunting journey. She helped us be ready and confident with our capability to secure a loan. Not only she got us a great rate with 0 points, but she was also so attentive during the whole process. She will even help to call my bank to set up appointments for me to get the needed documents. She also advised us on how to successfully transfer money from overseas and prepare the required translated documents to verify the source of the income.
