Huntington Bank N Narragansett Ave, Chicago

I just got a business loan under Huntington Bank and they have been horrible. I walked in to get a blank check because I am still waiting on my checks I ordered to arrive and Stephanie tells me I have to order some. Well, duh. I already did but I am here for a blank since I have important things to pay for in the meantime. She tells me Well we don’t have any… without even checking. And asks if I’d like to pay $8 for a money order. I don’t care for the $8, but you can clearly tell she didn’t want to “gift” me a blank check. How pathetic. On top of it, I walked in and there are four tellers chatting away each with the “next window please” sign in front of it. Are you guys here to work or to talk?

Spending 15 minutes with teller to make a deposit, he deposited in the wrong account and later told me the scanner can not read their own deposit slips???? I guest teller was new and lack of training Manager did not help at all came out and mumble something to the te3ller and went back inside without resolving the issue

I just came to make a deposit and I spent more than a hours waiting in the line. Terrible service they need more workers in front

It's worse than ever, a lot of waiting and very few cashiers, 😡😡😡😡
