Huntington Bank Aurora Rd, Solon

In and out in 5 minutes for a simple cash withdrawal. Bank is well kept and staff are friendly. Have come here for a cashier's check as well. Also a pleasant experience.

The worst experience I have ever encountered at a bank! they have horrible customer service and the bank manager and another teller Interrogated my BLACK husband on what he intended to use the withdrawal for, when he clearly put on his memo what the funds were intended for. I have never had that question asked before ever at any bank we go to this was just a very uncomfortable situation to be in especially with everything going on in our country!

I love this branch! I also came from First Merit. The people here are nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I have come in many times with a folder full of questions and they have helped me get all my accounts—business as well as personal—straightened out and optimized. If I come without an appointment, I know I’ll wait my turn, of course!! I drive a little further than where I live to come to this branch—and it’s well worth it!

The Solon Branch is terrible at best. Sat in line for 30 minutes at 9am. Gave the teller a breakdown of the cash I wanted but instead I got back something different. I asked why and she said they had not had time to get to the vault. No wonder this branch only has 3 stars. Don't bank at this one unless you want wait a long time and want to drain your gas tank.

Adam the branch manager is very helpful and atmosphere is very friendly and light considering what's happening today. People are scared and sometimes rude. Covid seems to have effected people's manners.

Do not go into this branch unless you enjoy wasting time and chasing after and answer. I went in on Saturday for help with my Business account, Andrew the first person who helped me had no idea what to do. He then passed the information to Astrid, who was supposed to call me that same day but never heard anything. On Monday afternoon I receive a voicemail from Andrew saying that Astrid could not help me, so Sue/ Serenda would contact me on Tuesday.Tuesday comes and I still don’t hear from her, I call that afternoon and Andrew tells me he is sending her an email and she will contact me right away. Wednesday comes around and again I have to call them. Now after waiting since Saturday, I finally get a hold of the Manager, only for her to have no clue as to what I need done in my account or who I am. She proceeds to tell me the same thing Andrew has already told me on Saturday. She admitted not having seen my message, because she was busy in meetings. Ok, so bottom line, don’t open a business account with Huntington, I have a wire that needed to come in on Monday, and I still cannot receive it. If you want to waste your time and work with people whom are not trained properly, this is the bank for you! I have also left a Message with their district manager, Mark Kemads, and guess what?! I’m still waiting for his call 🙏

DO NOT USE THE GIANT EAGLE BRANCH. The manager Karen is horrible to deal with. She called me and asked for me to bring a document that they missed when I opened my business account. I said no problem and then she proceeded to turn off the account without telling me. I was in PA more than 2 hours away when I found out, after trying to buy gas to come home, that my account was off. All of this over a document.

25 minutes wait to put money in a bank account seems totally unacceptable to me! This is what is going to cause job loss and replacement with electronic devices. Come on pick up the pace or hire more people!

They should literally just shut this branch down. The service is horrible with long waiting time. They need to hire more ppl. Average waiting can be longer than 20mins. Just unacceptable and unprofessional.

I'm forced to come here because they swallowed up my FirstMerit accounts. The tellers are nice, but a very long line for them and for the personal bankers. Besides the wait, it is a nice bank.
