Member center manager is racist & they went out to my truck to see if my wife was inside. They told me I forged a signature on a check which was false. Took that same check to chase and they deposited into my account. I will be closing all my accounts with them.

I have the best experience when I go into Houston federal Credit Union, Those employees in there are so very kind, and considerate and I just love the Teller Ms. Sabria, she’s the best of the best and caring. I’ve heard great things and obviously they have a ton of happy customers but my experience was super disappointing. I called many times and left voicemails and then when I finally got ahold of someone else they took down the wrong information. So my application was denied based on that wrong information and then the person never called me back. So I ran my credit for nothing.

There is a definite lack of diversity at this bank. The bank staff exhibit subtle prejudice making doing business here uncomfortable.
