    In this midst of this pandemic, I applied for a membership and a checking account as well as funded the account on a Tuesday, followed up by telephone on a Thursday after no communication and spoke with a young lady that assured me that someone should be calling me and she was really not concerned . Called back on a Monday spoke with a sweetheart whom made it her business to have Ms. Ursula Devore, Branch Manager of the Champions location contact me and she did, she handled a week long process in a couple hours, no hesitation and with pure excellence, grace and the ultimate customer service. She's an absolute joy to work with. I'm excited.

    I must say I had the best experience buying a car with Glen Roden quick fast and simple Glen provided me with all the information I needed. By the time i was at the lot Glen had me all set up. Glen provided the best customer service I will recommend Glen for all your car by buying needs.

    There are top two reasons for customer loss; either customers feel poorly treated, or failure to solve a problem! And I have seen both, even worst! I wish I could give zero not even a star after an awful conversation with the senior vice president of the bank, Ms. Emsley, who did not even listen nor care! She was extremely bad-tempered and gave me the worst attitude during the phone conversation, that I wished I had it recorded! She was literally mocking what I said to her, I was just being accused and almost being yelled at because of my intention to get some modifications! I am even dealing emotional distress almost 2-3 weeks now because of her unacceptable and unfair humiliation! I've never asked for a refund in my life before, ever! I was just expecting them to give me some options because of the unprecedented outbreak, for the CPI that they charged me more than $4000 a year, which is higher than any car insurance in the entire world! Everybody I've talked to, other than her, showed some interest, seemed respectful and tried to do something! Even the fault would have been on me 100%, which was definitely not as they should have at least had the decency to contact and advise me, no one has the right to humiliate a loyal customer disrespectfully! To be honest, no need to mention a loyalty, no one ever has the right to talk to someone as she did! Maybe you’re having that proverbial “bad-day” or perhaps rough few weeks, but still none of them gives you the allowance to disparage someone terribly! Now with this all unpleasant outbreaks we are currently dealing with, I have another stressful condition to cope with! By far the worst experience, and I am very disappointed and never will be recommending your service ever again! But keep in mind, if you don’t take care of your customers respectfully, your competitors definitely will! Thank you again, Ms. Emsley for making hell of my life for the last 2-3 weeks, and thank you for your horribly rude and unprofessional service!!!!!!!!

    I had been doing business with this credit union for the last 5 years and today I am parting ways because of the way we were treated at both their locations, Sugar Land and Imperial Branch. Saba the manager is of no help. Why was she even made a manager if she can’t make decisions? We went to deposit the checks and they wasted 2 hours of our time giving us reasons as to why they can’t deposit these checks which they had been doing for the last 5 years with no problem. They don’t really care about customer service. They don’t even have the ability to take pictures and deposit online for commercial accounts. Go with other credit union and spare yourself from them.

    ATM never returned my card. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me to get a new card and they couldn’t help me. Lovely service

    Went through drive thru for car deposit payment and it took over 30 minutes!! This is way too long and not good service!! There is no sense of urgency and when I asked what’s taking so long the lady manager didn’t apologize or say anything other than she’s trying to get into your account. Had one car two cars in front of me and waited a total of 32 minutes! Once you get through the parking lot of cars then you wait for a while before they finish. Management needs to do a better job training and executing transactions through the drive thru service! You need to learn from Chick Fil-A.
