Horicon Bank S Schuyler St, Neosho

My local branch in Neosho WI is fantastic… I’m still kind of old-school and prefer to do banking face-to-face inside the building. Whenever I walk in- I am always greeted with my first name and a friendly hello. Great staff / wonderful people. I appreciate all of them!

I only recent began a business relationship with the Neosho branch of Horicon Bank due to the August 28, 2021 passing of my mother who held accounts there. I have to say that even in just these few short weeks I have been HIGHLY pleased with HB's service as a whole, but most specifically from their Neosho representative Peggy. She consistently greets me with a positive attitude and is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her service. She makes me feel comfortable, appreciated, and welcome to their business; something I have never felt in the 20 years and 3 different locations used at my own credit union, where the interaction is 'serviceable' but very impersonal. I enjoy, and can already highly recommend, doing business with this facility.

The Neosho branch is top notch! They are so good and they treat me like family! So polite and professional. Great staff.

Five stars are not enough to rate the kindness, patience and effort always demonstrated by the staff in the Neosho branch -- Heidi and Peggy -- when I transferred to this bank. 10 stars would be more apt. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond.

This bank is very nice they care about their customers they are very sweet with dogs they greet you with a smile every time you pull up and they greet you with a hello and have a nice day some banks don’t do that but Horicon is amazing
