    Awful customer service and they love to hide their poor service, long lines, lack of availability, lack of flexibility, and poor customer attention behind Covid-19 claims. You can’t even directly call your branch unless you have someone’s direct line. Make an appointment abs maybe in 4 days you can get your question answered. Good luck if you need something or want access to your funds. They had 2 years to figure out a way to function reasonably with safe precautions just like everyone else has yet it takes 4 days to wait for one of their 30 minute appointments to get a document notarized which takes 5 minutes. All those tellers that use to be there to help in the lobby are just wasting time. Still only two tellers in the drive through despite no lobby hours and very few scheduled appointments. Everyone still got paid full wages even though we, the credit union members who employ them, got minimal to no services. CRAZY long lines in drive through and the drive through is soooo slow even when you make it up to the vac tube. Seems A LOT slower than even when they had a full lobby of people. Tried to refinance our $350k home of 10+ years of which landmark carried the loan, never a late payment, and our credit score over 740, but they couldn’t do a refi loan in less than 3months even though appraisal was done within 2 weeks of our application. Ended our relationship 2 months in and went with new company that got it done in 3weeks “ridiculous”. Then they put out this BS commercial that they made appointments and severely limited services all to “help” us their customers. What a bunch of disconnected jokers! Matt Jaeck, landmark personal and business customer for 15+ years, but not much longer. Need to transfer my business accounts, vehicle accounts, and personal accounts. Glad the house is in better hands at least. Whoever developed their Covid-19 response should be fired along with everyone that works there and has not been reporting the problems for customers. For the record I’ve appealed to my branch, branch manager, and upper management over the last 8 months with no response from anyone but the loan officer that couldn’t even manage a refi loan. Even he just said sorry, but that’s the best we can do with no offer to rectify our concerns.

    Good luck getting ahold of someone if you need help over the phone. Wait times are sometimes hours. All phone numbers you find online go to the same automated system... And the system ttys desperately to not have you talked to someone. "Our auto system can help many things, would you like to use it?" Noooooooo... Which means they don't give a darn about the customer. What the heck ever happened to customer friendly. If this place didn't except the loan for my car payments I'd never bank here. Had a simple question on a Tuesday and they made me hold for an hour just for the answer to a 10 second question.

    always down for maintenance. never gives you a heads up when the online banking will be down. worst bank ever!!!!!! do not bank here.

    I am sad to say that this location is almost completely inaccessible for our needs. Lines are long, lobby closed, longer that should even be possible wait times over the phone and representatives who do not know the answers to simple questions over the phone. I had thought to switch all of our accounts to this location after we got a mortgage loan but with the way just even paying our mortgage has become such a chore, there is literally no way I would do this! I have been very disappointed so far in customer service, accessibility and transparency with customer service representatives. Sad because the in house mortgage team was a delight to work with. After that it was all downhill.

    Many terrible experiences! Had all my accounts there. Went to bank Five Nine with my home loan as their rates are better. Maria screwed up a loan on a short sale back in 2013 at the West Milwaukee location since loan had to be redone and BMO who owned the home wouldnt wait two weeks to have loan redone. You can only get $500 max out of your account at an ATM machine so if you need more than $500 cash on a weekend after they are closed good luck! The drive through in Oconomowoc is always packed . Waited there an hour one time because once you are in line you cant back your car out! you cant go inside. There is no direct phone number so you call and get put on hold for 15-45 minutes or have to wait for a call back. Today the drive through is closed at the Hartford location. I will be pulling the rest of my money out and going to Bank five nine! This place is a joke

    Watch out on auto loans....We have numerous joint accounts and yet were still charged for a new account when we acquired an additional car loan as it had my name first and not my husbands. Loan was a joint car loan. No way to link it to the joint accounts we have had for years for easy payment. We bank where the bank has programs that benefit us. No benefit here just lots of excuses and finger pointing but no action to rectify the problem. All calls go through a district office. You can never reach a local branch. Expect a 10-15 minute wait or let them call you back. Not that they will be real helpful. So much for customer satisfaction.

    If you enjoy waiting in line at the drive thru than this is the bank for you. 15 minutes today (I just left) and that is not unusual, it's the norm. 3 lines, all backed up and no cars even moving. Is everyone on lunch break?

    Thank you for your feedback. Due to the closure of branch lobbies during the COVID-19 pandemic, drive-thru use and wait times have increased. All lanes at the Hartford branch have been open and manned by a teller at all times. However, we offer several alternative methods to conduct business that do not require visiting the branch, including remote deposit capture, online banking and telephone banking. In addition, deposits and payments can be placed in the night depository. We apologize for your inconvenience and are always looking for ways to better serve our members.

    Went to Hartford drive thru yesterday at 3pm & all lanes were closed! Lobby closed since March & drive thru randomly closed on a Friday?? What the. I find it hard to believe the 8+ people they staff can't man 4 drive thru lanes?? Wait time is atrocious these days. And covid should have little to do with this. Also find it hard to believe there aren't enough people looking for jobs that could fill any possible vacancies to perform the job. Pre-covid days...lobby service was excellent. Josh in Mayville has always been awesome with us!

    Not willing to work with customers. Our account was closed and charged a $50 dollar fee because it was negative even though there was 4 direct deposits a month we tried to explain that the account which was -$20 would be in the positive after the next deposit and could they please take off or lower the fee. With management involvement we we told coldly "it's our policy". It is also their policy to charge overdraft fees, and we have had those reversed in the past. If you want a consistency and understanding in your banking experience I would recommend Glacier Hills CU.

    I generally only write good reviews but feel compelled to warn others looking to use this institution. I used to love this bank before Landmark took over and since it has gone from bad to worse in customer service. In a time where there are so many options for banking you'd think they'd focus more on customer satisfaction and retention. Take your money elsewhere. I highly recommend Associated, Horicon Bank, or even BMO before Landmark.
