Hope Credit Union I-30 Frontage Rd, Little Rock

Called today to be sure they were open. Representative said yes they would be opening at noon. Drove for 30 minutes to get there through all sorts of road types and conditions. Nobody there. Call back and was told that they changed their mind due to the bad road conditions. Again, I just spent 30 minutes driving there with no problems in those "bad" road conditions. They branch employees where just being lazy and wanted to make it a four day weekend. They have have a very poor understand of customer service and no work ethic.

It’s very important to have accurate information especially when handling things as important as peoples finances! Could save much time and energy. Mr. Kevin and Mrs.Lorna were professional, hospitable and easy to work with! Ask for them if possible

Would you please bring a branch to fort Smith Arkansas. Would love to be a customer with a local black owned bank. Great customer service btw

Informative, but the loan officer was very unprofessional and over zealous. We were given the wrong information about our loan which caused my wife and I to lose out on the home of our dreams. I would not reccomend this place.

it was my understanding that the Federal government said for all banks and credit unions to ease upbkn the overdraft fees until the pandemic was over

My Rep from the SW office was very unprofessional, not only did she give me the wrong information and very unapologetic she held the phone on hold without my knowledge listening to me tell the person in the background my situation so I called from another line and someone picked up right away only to play dumb and ask me was I speaking to someone prior to her anyway as I was talking to the person in the background the charges were removed off my account like it was never there and the other rep stated nothing is wrong with my account the account is in the positive, they play games at that branch and with our money, that’s a no no!

Getting is a little bumpy. But the service is great.
