I've been with Homestreet for 2 years with no issues. They refund ATM fees if you can't find a Homestreet atm. When a check got my low-funded account they actually called me to let me know and give me all the options to take care of it before there were any fees. Never had that level of service from a bank before, fully recommend :)

One of the best banks I've ever worked with. Small town feel in the city and very supportive of local businesses. Highly recommended for personal and business accounts.

Very bummed that this location did not provide the small town feel and great customer service like the reviewer before me stated. Rather than offer me an alternative solution or try to assist at all, I was told that I am a non client 7 times in the course of a few minute interaction. The attitude of the associate guaranteed that my business nor myself will ever become a customer. I had high hopes for this bank but was absolutely let down.

The the manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He treats you like a person and not just another account number. I highly recommend this branch.
