Ted exceeded my expectations in our mortgage/home buying process. He was timely, professional, and ensured that I understood each component of the loan during the process. We called Ted on a Sunday to put an offer on a house on the following Monday, and he hustled to get our preapproval letter before 3PM that Monday - we became loyal customers after that! Once we had an offer accepted on a home, we asked for support to reduce our cash to close and he was able to provide different solutions that worked for our needs (and weighing the pros/cons for each solution). I will be recommending Ted/Movement Mortgage to all of my friends/family in the Seattle area for mortgage services!
