Everyone at Home Town Real Estate is very customer service oriented. If you want your house sold, no nonsense, honest and realistic Joann is your person. She spent a lot of time on her research before we even decided on how much to sell our home for. We have bought and sold many houses over our 40+ years of marriage and Home Town was one of the best we’ve ever done business with! Very knowledgeable about the area and they have great contacts for anything the house needs before putting it on the market. We asked about dropping the price at one point after just a month on the market, as we were looking for a quick sale, JoAnn advised against it at that time and she turned out to be correct, it sold for the full price we were asking just a few weeks later!
