    I went to make a deposit and had a great experience at this branch. The staff was very helpful and kind and the Branch Manager Jenny was very sweet. She went above and beyond to help me with my issues and took the time to solve my problem. I felt bad for her since another customer was grouchy he had to wait. People need to realize that no matter where they go now days THEY HAVE TO WAIT! She did a great job to assist him and myself. I love this branch.

    After waiting inline for about 5 minutes while the employee by the name of Bailey treated another customer disrespectfully, the same employee began to work with my wife and I. Since I didn't fund an account quick enough that was set up online, it was closed so I asked if I can just open a new one up. Her and the other female employee who's name I was not able to get were disrespectful and refused to help set the account up since they were worried about leaving right at 4. Because of their disrespect that was shown not only to me but another customer as well as their choice to not want to help my wife and I, I will not utilize this bank now nor in the future. These employees and their lack of customer service need to be dealt with as they are in a customer service industry.

    I like US Bank in Canon City....great customer service and they are always helpful. I opened an account online but I couldn't figure out how to make a deposit. I went to the local branch and Acacia was able to help me!! Even though it is a smaller bank the customer service is always great!! In previous reviews about reduced hours, and bank being closed seems unfair!! Covid was not kind to smaller banks and businesses I believe this bank managed very well through these trying times!! Great job guys!!!

    Not a bad bank, but the ATM never working is starting to become a deal breaker for me. As someone who works banker’s hours, I find it extremely frustrating when I go to use the ATM after I leave work and it never works. Then forcing me to take time away from my 30 minute lunch break to go inside the bank to pull money out. This has been going on since at least late September. I mentioned it to one of the tellers and she said she’d let “them” know and get it resolved but I have yet to see that happen. It’s gotten to the point I’m considering switching banks.

    The hours for this bank were already difficult to abide by if you have a full time job. Now, they are only open from 10-2 five days a week, they don't have a drive thru, they ID you for depositing more than $500, if you need change they make you jump through hoops, and so on. Jeanette gas been amazing over the years but I will be closing my business account as well as my personal accounts. If you have a regular job,this bank is not for you!

    I am sick of this bank. They keep charging my card for god knows what. I was suppose to get 479 bucks put into my account. I had 40 in already. For some very odd reason I only had 430 bucks total. So I called literally all day today so I could get some answers as to why. No one seems to be able to operate a Damn phone. I will be in Monday to close my account. If I were to take money off of someones card, id go to jail. I think the same should go for this bank

    Alright so we have been with us bank for 8 years and they took 7 $36 overdraft fees out in 3 days. Obviously kinda out fault, but we wanted to talk to them about our options. So both the manager and branch manager were the most horrid people to deal with. Rude as all hell, talk to us like we were idiots, told us to go bank at ent, and told us to get out of the bank. Voices were never raised, we were just trying to work out a deal or something. Us bank is alright, but these horrible people at the canon city branch are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. Stuck up entitled old ladies. Get over yourself. Thanks you.

    Every single time I go into this bank it is ALWAYS a 20 minute wait. My mom banks here and to even deposit money I'm always standing in line for 15+ minutes. Rude tellers. Long wait and not even open half days like the other banks in town. Awful.

    I don't have a need to go into the branch very often, but every time I have, they've been very helpful and pleasant. The teller even sent me a thank you note after I went in to get a cashier's check to purchase a car. US Bank also offers free Platinum checking to military veterans.
