Very first time I had walked in the door.. Wanted to get a loan on an item and the first question the older woman asked me was does that belong to you... Is your name on it... Wow... Definitely felt it was racially motivated and one of the most rude encounters I've had in my 28 years of living. The sad part was I only wanted to know what they thought it was worth.. Didnt even need the loan... Long story short i just left and will never return or recommended this place to anyone.... I hate I had to leave a star.

The only reason why I'm "giving" 1 star is because that's the only way to leave a comment. I called ahead and spoke with Bobbie to inquire about their laptop inventory, and the price range. Entered the store, no acknowledgement. I stood in front of the showcase by the laptops, no acknowledgement. I stood there a couple of minutes, and neither one of the women acknowledged my presence even after making eye contact with me. I do not know why they felt the need to see past me, but it was a very disappointing first time visit. Thank you for the humbling experience.
