I must say when the going got tuff, the tuff got going!! That was Chris Horton. I thought with all my hurdles that he had to jump, I was never going to be able to refinance. But at the end, he got it done and never skipped a beat. He knows his business and in the short time I worked with Chris, he got to know me--his client. He made me comfortable all the way through the process and his service was impeccable. Every time I called, he picked up. Never went to voicemail! He's my mortgage guy for life as well as a friend.
