Her knowledge of the local/national market and her commitment in finding me the best rate helped me in my search for a multi-family home. As a first time home buyer everything was new to me and the most important thing I wanted was someone I could trust. She was there for me every step of the way. The entire process was quick and painless, with constant communication and information given to us along the way. We found a home we loved despite the crazy market, but there was a very tight timeline from the seller - which we were able to meet because our mortgage was squared away so quickly. This was not our first time buying a home and the experiences could not have been more different! Previously the mortgage was tedious and anxiety provoking, but this time it was the least of our worries. I’m not sure anyone else could have gotten it done so quickly and efficiently! I would recommend Chris and Peter without hesitation.

Chris is stellar! He is a true professional and an effective and prompt communicator both orally and in writing. We were never in the dark and received tremendous guidance on the home buying process. I am so glad I was referred to Forward Mortgate, LLC to take care of my home closing needs. They are always on top of my paperwork, keeping me constantly in the loop, and very responsive . If it had not been for their service, know-how and professionalism I don't think I would be able to close the home purchase in a short and reasonable time.
