I've been a customer of Chesapeake Bank for more than two decades and have always received good customer service but recently, I went into the main office and the branch manager and assistant branch manager provided exceptional customer service. Both employees were very patient and caring. After we had completed my transaction, they went above and beyond by making sure that I received transportation back home since I don't drive. Everyone I have had the pleasure to meet at Chesapeake bank have been so wonderful. I can't begin to praise them enough! I will definitely recommend this bank to anyone.

I began doing business with Chesapeake Bank at the Joppa Road Branch for both business and personal in 2013. Without a doubt, it is the friendliest bank I have ever done business with. It is so cool. When you walk in, everyone knows your name. What is impresses me is that they always have adequate tellers available. I do some personal banking at another bank and it is always a fifteen or twenty minute wait because they only have one teller on duty. My business has moved a substantial distance away yet I still have accounts at Chesapeake Bank just because I like coming there.
