Centennial Bank was recently purchased by Happy State Bank, and while I am always hesitant about change I can say that I have been nothing but pleased with how they are handling this change over. I have banked with Happy for a few years now, & it's a really good bank. I have been amazed by the customer service that they have everyone is pleasant and professional. I have my fair share of hick ups when it comes to my own personal banking mistakes or miscommunications, but Me. Haley Cochran has been very helpful and understanding every single time. Best bank ever, they truly go above and beyond, people working there are amazing and professional, I never had a problem(which is rare at other banks), they treat each customer very personally, I had numerous cases when they helped me tremendously, including opening the bank twenty minutes early just for me. Can't even imagine using another bank.

New branch manager needed, even though the chargers weren't my fault he would not approve the overdraft charges to be refunded. Everyone else is really nice and friendly!
