Prosperity Bank 4th St, Lubbock

worst prosperity bank in lubbock, took over 30 minutes to deposit one check. every single time i go it takes over 30 minutes will never go back

It took several calls during business hours to get someone to answer. I needed to fax a form to be completed for work. They said they did not have a working fax number. I asked him if email would be better to send in the form and he said, I don't really know, I've never done that before. He did offer to give me the fax number of another branch, but it was the wrong number. Yikes!

EVERY TIME I start to think I might be wrong, they prove me right..... Sadly I have come to realize this bank is not what I thought it was! I see why their reviews are so low.

I only needed to make deposit there was 3 tellers and one on phone took over 30 min to make deposit. They were all standing around!!! Did not bother to say anything at all.

They once got a new card in for me, didn't tell me when it came in and just cancelled my card after it had sat there sometime in their office. I had to wait until I could go in and find out what happened. When I asked to go ahead and pick up the new card, they told me it had been shredded because it hadn't been picked up! What a joke this bank is!

This place is always a joke. I can’t even send my wife to deposit a check into my account. Today i needed to raise the spend limit on my debit card and they have nobody capable of doing it. I’m sorry our manager is out today. It’s just this location. The ladies on 82nd Street are awesome. I live in north Lubbock and it’s ridiculous I have to drive to the south location to take care of business

It was really slow to even get to the counter, when I needed help from another banker they took two people that came in after me without asking who was next, the person that ran to him the fastest got the next place in line. 4 people working window one teller and one special banker.

This is the best bank! I drive across town regularly just to do my business here. Jacob and his staff are wonderful and always happy to help! Highly recommend!

Worst bank ever. Ive been skipped every time i wait in line to cash my check. And when i ask them why i just get attitude. Very unprofessional to say the least.

This Branch is so annoying on Fridays they have like 2 ppl that work the drive though and they have 20 cars waiting to be helped I'm actually writing this review while I wait bc thats how long they take I've been here already 20mins and I'm still waiting this is not the first time this has happened and ever since this bank went from American state bank to Prosperity bank it has not been the same the tellers make so many mistakes not only on my acct but as well as other family members...get more workers and train them better plz
