Absolutely ridiculous wait time! And static noise for hold music. If I had the option to choose another bank I would!!! This bank has nice people but very inefficient work hours. 9am-530?!?!? Normal people work during those hours and don't have time to wait an hour on hold. The call back option doesn't even work. I am incredibly disatisfied with this Credit union. Have been trying to get ahold of someone for going on 2 weeks now!!!

Often times our chat tool can get you in touch with our support team faster than the phone. With the spike in COVID cases, staffing has been affected and unfortunately increased some of our wait times. Although our lobby hours are 9:00AM–5:30PM, our drive-up is open until 6:00 PM and some of our branches are open from 9:00AM–1:00PM on Saturdays. We also have our mobile app that allows you to deposit checks remotely, check balances, transfer money, and more. Today I came in looking to apply for a credit card I was very nervous never applied before for one, first time expirence and I am a young applicant learning these things I would recommend Miliset Bustamente she is absolutely so knowledgeable she took me through the ropes made me feel so happy and even helped me set up my online banking the girl is great very patient focused and any questions she is excellent with helping you understand this process was a success she Definitely is what every friendly banker should be ! Thank you!

Was told masks were required AFTER 15 minutes of being INSIDE the bank. According to HAPO employees, COVID-19 only spreads after 15 minutes of you not wearing a mask?? Despicable. & the Assistant Manager was very unprofessional when it came to the issue & then made it personal when helping with our account instead of business professional and just doing her job. YIKES! The majority of negative reviews here does not surpise me. Hoping this is a better bank overall than what their employees and manager have displayed so far.

They are holding a paycheck because they it’s too much for 14 days which will overdraft us for mortgage and other bills and say they will also continue to charge all overdraft fees. My lady hasn’t paid herself all of COVID so she could make sure her employees are alright and this is how we are treated. Thanks a lot HAPO. You truly are the COMMUNITY credit union.

Do not recommend find a different bank. Paid off my loan and they sent my title to an old address. Said it was the first address in the system, now they want to send me paperwork to get a duplicate title. I am stationed in Korea and trying to get the paperwork sent to my parents. Now I am supposed to do a paperwork from here?

HAPO, your lack of customer service is so frustrating. Please look into some serious training for your staff. I have not had a pleasant conversation with those that answer calls. So condescending and rude and not willing to listen. I don't need you to answer this review, just take that time to train your employees to be respectful and treat your customers with dignity. Once our loan is paid off we are moving on and never looking back.

I agree with all the other many people who have left poor reports for HCC. They are the absolute WORSE bank that I have ever had the displeasure to communicate with: 1. There is NO email address to the CEO Steve Anderson; 2. I had a cheque stolen in November BUT THEY STILL have not returned MY money, and NO ONE in Fraud knows any correct procedure in paperwork so they send me ONE more form after another to complete; 3. Two of the phone receptionists are SO damn rude; 4. My car loan HAS no credit for ALL the last 5 months of payment...I could go on and one. They suck! Go somewhere else!!!

Worst place to go for banking. They "forgot" to mail my card multiple times. They also have awful customer service. The tellers give you false information. I have 3 loans with them and each loan they lied on the information. For beginners who are still building and learning credit do NOT come here. They dont deserve even a full star unfortunately

I was very disappointed that the person handling my loan forget the signature of the seller but I also had to return for additional paperwork and found that the branch manager was the one handling my loan. I am big on customer service and it was very disappointing ! Adrian was very unprofessional!
