When it came down to the last month and finally had a home in escrow... it all just fell apart. Very limited responses to emails or calls. There was a misunderstanding about the rate we thought was locked in, manager could care less and admitted to knowing nothing, all while his staff had a sick child in the hospital and was away so she couldn't help. And it took all of a week after closing for them to sell off our loan to Chase and send us a "bye" letter. Don't bother with them because they won't with you.

Isabel Pittman was excellent! She answered every single question we had. She guided us throughout the entire process. It could not have been easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!
