Bought a used car here. Blazer was very helpful and patient as we tried to decide which car would be the best for our daughter to have. The buying experience was great, but the wait for finance was a bit long. There’s free snacks and hot chocolate and a tv though...definitely would buy here again.

I received a coupon in the mail for a $13 oil change so I took my car this last Saturday. I expected to get hassled (as typical of car dealerships) or told there was something else my car needed but the service was hassle free. They accidentally over booked my appointment but made sure my car was taken care of before they closed. I would definitely consider bringing my car back here for service if the price is right.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Gunn Nissan in Denton TX...at first I actually dread going car shopping only because of my past experiences.. all the pressure and negotiation i had experienced made car shopping a unhappy journey for me.. from the start when I went to Gunn Nissan everyone there was super nice and friendly.. they have definitely made a change in the car buying business.. I would like to recognize Matthew Marshall for going above and beyond to making sure I was 100% satisfied through my entire process of buying a car from Gunn Nissan. He gave me reassurance that I was under no pressure to buy a vehicle or to settle for any vehicle. the first vehicle I choose was not what I expected. I was given 48 hrs to return the vehicle ,if I was not satisfied. I returned the vehicle and explained to Matthew my unsatisfaction for the car. He reassured me again that it's okay and he wanted me to be happy before leaving. Mathew helped me get into a car that I was very pleased with. I've never experienced buying a vehicle like this before. No pressure and the price you see online is the same price you pay at the dealership. Mathew was very kind , respectful and professional. Through the entire process.. Mathew, also!! got my car scheduled to get the windows tinted around my work schedule!!! Which was super convenient.. I dropped off my car before going into work and they were able to get me a shuttle to work in time .. Mathew was so kind he was able to bring my car to my job when I got off.. This was super convenient!!!!!!!!!! Mathew is so awesome!!! He has made my car buying experience such a breeze.. his main objective is to make sure the Customer is taking care of.. his problem solving , communication skills and his chilled demeanor while being very professional was some key elements in making sure his Customer is #1.
