I've really been impressed with the Service Department of Honda of Denton. They have a real personal approach to working with their customers. I feel taken care of every time I come in to get my car worked on. I've even gotten to the point of knowing and requesting a specific technician any time I come in. Brian Sterenberg has really taken care of us and I trust his judgment. He takes pride in his work and represents the dealership well.

Our sales guy was alright. His sales manager on the other hand was completely rude and said they couldn't get the car that I had wanted and pushed me to try to and get other that I wasn't interested it. He also kept asking why I had wanted the car that I had wanted trying to say they are no different than any other car and should just go with another that I didn't want. They said I wont be able to find the car i wanted anywhere in the area. I looked online for 2 minutes and found multiple at a dealership only 30 minutes away.

Long story short my vehicle was a total loss, the Gap Insurance Co has submitted several requests regarding warranty cancellation along with myself contacting them by phone and email with no response. 2 weeks now and now I will have to make another 2nd car payment on my total loss vehicle because they failed to provide effective efficient service - sale sale sale but not willing to provide service in hardship times

Service department is courteous and knowledgeable. I only service my Honda at a dealership. This price is competitive, so I get a peace of mind maintaining my vehicle with mechanics who only work on Hondas, and I have a comprehensive history of service on my vehicle. You must make an appointment, they will pick you up and drop you off at home or work while the car is being serviced. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes when I decide to wait for my car for a quick service, it's still not quick. It would be great to know in advance if they are backed up, so I can leave. Waiting is so painful, especially when I have other things to do too.

Man, I love this dealership so much. Josh always takes the best care of my car and the service is just outstanding. I actually enjoy going to get anything fixed on my car there because the wifi is great and the customer service cannot be beat. Last year I had the timing belt and cam shaft replaced on my 08 Honda Pilot and it actually runs better than when I first bought it - and I bought it new! I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra a few months ago. I was assured that the vehicle had been inspected and serviced (oil change, etc.). I truly believe that that was a total fabrication. Shortly after getting the vehicle home, the brake light came on and I found that the brake fluid level was found to be very low. Since then I had to replace the tailgate handle, heater a/c blower motor, top off all the fluids because they were low and change the oil (it was totally dirty). I would not trust this dealership and I would definitely not buy anything from them. Shortly after posting my original review, I received a call from the managing partner of the dealership. After some discussion concerning the issues with the vehicle, we came to an amicable agreement. The dealership is making good on the issues.

Darrell Jones - BEST SERVICE ADVISOR!!! (The only & main reason I get my Honda serviced there. He is the Best at his job & I love his customer service. I am looking to buy another Honda soon there) Darrell Jones from Honda of Denton has ALWAYS helped me. He is the BEST at what he does & I will continue to service my vehicle & buy another vehicle from there but ONLY if Darrell Jones is employed there. He is a Diamond in the Rough per say & great person. Darrell use to work at David McDavid Honda in Irving but he is now at Honda of Denton. Darrell's customer service is phenomenal that I literally have followed him to Honda of Denton. Keep in mind I live in Dallas, TX. & my commute to Honda of Denton is about a 45 minute drive to get there. But since Darrell is there I don't mind driving a little further to get A-1 service from him. He always is so helpful. Darrell goes over and beyond to help me with my Honda.
