When you buy a house there are a million moving parts - mortgage person, real estate agent, lawyer, insurance agent. And multiple people from all these different places. It’s confusing and overwhelming. Kate was seriously my calm in the storm. When I couldn’t remember who asked for what or told me to do something, Kate was always there to steer me in the right direction. I was a little hard to get a mortgage for and had been turned down by a traditional lender. Kate totally made it work. Even after my house closed, she still helped me out with a few things. She’s a miracle worker, therapist, and saint. You will do no better than Kate...for anything.
