Erin and Julia were amazing. Very responsive and personable. They turned a potentially stressful process for a first time home buyer into a seamless experience. They even responded to emails and texts when we weren’t expecting (late night and weekends). This was especially helpful considering the hours I work!

I am on my 3rd time Financing or refinancing through Delia Wilkens and I cannot speak enough of the excellent job that she does. She has always called me back in a reasonable amount of time to answer any questions I have had. She is very knowledgeable of the entire process and very upfront with everything. I have referred her to multiple others, she finished one of my friends last month and they were amazed at the speed and rate they got. She is also in the middle of another one of my friends refinance. And we are closing on my mothers house next week. She will continue to be my first call for any needs in the future.
