I recently transacted on my first 4 unit deal in San Diego County with Bruce, and I can definitely say it has been an incredible experience. To be honest if it wasn't for Bruce and his team at Guild Mortgage, I'd likely not have gotten through all the hurdles this deal presented. They remained as relentless (or more) as I have been in getting to the finish line and not only served as a lender, but a mentor in the process. I reached out to Bruce on this opportunity to get his opinion on the feasibility to get the loan that I was hoping to obtain. In a hot market, little things like this really seem to catch seller's and selling broker's attention. It helps that Bruce is extremely personable too.
