Someone was always available in the office for any questions that we had, and as first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. They were very knowledgeable which kept us at ease through the stress of buying a house. They kept us well informed from start to finish and even followed up after we were done. The property had a lot of offers from so many buyers in a super-competitive market. One of the reasons the seller chose to work with this buyer was because of how responsive and professional Mickey was. Mickey went out of his way to communicate and do whatever he could to help the buyers stand out. If Mickey were not so great to work with during the negotiation process, the seller probably would have chosen a different buyer. In my opinion, the buyer is lucky to have had Mickey in their corner.

Even though we wound up with a problematic seller that stalled and delayed the process . The seller delayed soo much that my interest rate lock expired. Had I known ahead of time that it was going to be the hassle that it was I would have told both my realtor and my lender that we need to move on to another house. With that being said Joel assisted us through it all including getting an extension on my interest rate. Regardless of all the hassles Joel did an excellent job.
